Perch fishing has been fair with anglers bringing in 20 to 30 fish per boat. Anglers were finding success in waters 22 to 24 feet deep off Stony Point. Better fishing is in the forecast as the number of perch caught and the size of them continues to increase. A couple walleye were caught by perch anglers.

Walleye fishing is starting to wind down in front of Luna Pier in 14 to 16
feet of water – using body baits 60′ back. Limit catches can be obtained
but you have to put your time in.
